Workshop 3: The Art of Observation (without which we cannot correct the small details that count)

After a career as Premier Danseur, Maestro Arena has worked many years abroad (Russia, England, Italy, UAE, etc.) as a choreographer and artistic director for television, theatre (ballet and drama), cinema, artistic ice skating at the highest level and for big events such as the ” Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics, Torino 2006″. More recently, while working in his free time at Swissbody®, Maestro Arena, has been working (amongst other projects) for the Russian Olympic Committee as artistic director and choreographer for the Russian figure skating team in preparation for the next Winter Olympics Games.

Giuseppe has created a programme based on his many years of experience as an artist, designer, dancer, choreographer and trainer of the world’s top athletes.

The idea of the course is to heighten the participants awareness of proportions (part of the course will be learning to draw the human body by learning the classical physical proportions), correct alignement (how to see the lines that go through the body for correct postural alignement) as well as the huge importance of syncronisation and breathing which also helps to better understand alignment.
